Community Services

  • OPS will attend a monthly Community Awareness Meeting. This is done to provide an open forum for the residents to ask questions, and communicate any concerns that they may have.
  • OPS will attend any community event that you would like. Whether it is an end of summer bash at the pool, or back to school cookout in the common areas. These environments allow our officers to anchor the residents, and give them the opportunity to get to know their Primary Officer.
  • Every night that OPS is in service a Supervisor will be on property at least one time to inspect the Officer, and insure that the community is being well managed by the Officer.
  • In the event that you are attending a coalition meeting or function that is similar in nature, the OPS Officer or member of the Executive Staff will attend with you.
  • OPS will donate $30.00 to management when a event or community Awareness Meeting takes place. These functions are a critical component to our methodology, and we feel this donation is money well spent.

Omega Protective Services

Omega Protective Services (OPS) has developed an initiative that we have termed EACAI (Environment And Community Anchoring Initiative). EACAI is a methodology that empowers managers and residents to have superior control over the quality of life within their community. OPS will generate 3rd party documentation of events that occur on property that will be submitted directly to property management. This will enable you to make confident decisions to ensure your vision for the community. OPS focuses on enforcing your community rules and regulations to bring organization and safety to the environment. As a result, this leads to greater resident retention and is conducive to leasing up. The officer’s phase of this methodology (EACAI) is anchoring the community members and advising them that they have a roll as well. The officer will advise residents that they are empowered to utilize our dispatch number when there is activity that is outside of community rules. The residents can be anonymous; they will not be required to give their name or unit number. The residents will simply advise of their concerns and we will do the rest. Having these avenues of communication available for the valued residents, gives you the confidence that everything is being done to retain them. Residents that are outside of the rules will be asked to modify their behavior; if they fail to do so then a violation will be generated for management. Every manager has a vision for their property and Omega Protective Services would be honored to play a role in that vision.
